With over 20 years of HR experience, Farinaz has excelled in driving HR strategies within high-growth environments. At Rivian, she was instrumental in scaling the company from 1,000 to 17,000 employees and expanding the Commercial Organization, overseeing initiatives through both pre- and post-IPO phases while aligning talent growth with business goals.

 

Prior to Rivian, Farinaz led HR strategy at Veritone, supported mergers and acquisitions at Western Digital, and provided HR leadership for Medtronic’s global workforce. She began her career at United Technologies, completing a two-year HR leadership rotation program before joining Amazon, where she supported fulfillment operations and contributed to the growth of Amazon Game Studios and Amazon Appstore. Currently, as an HR Partner at Konnect, Farinaz delivers strategic and collaborative HR support, recognized for her expertise in aligning HR initiatives with business success.
