Tanisha Wicker, HR Manager at Konnect is an industry leader with over 20 years of experience in HR. Tanisha started her career as a recruiter and worked her way up to the executive level at Smile Brands. Understanding all facets of human resources, Tanisha is an empathetic leader who believes in collaboration and communication as guiding principles to create sustainable business plans for Konnect’s clients. With a focus on driving success through an organization’s people strategy, Tanisha is known for fostering productivity that complements profitability. 

Tanisha is an active member of Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the National Association of African-Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR). Tanisha studied Human Resources Management and Services at University of Alabama at Birmingham and is an active volunteer in her community.
