Alyssa Farraye, MSHR and HR Manager at Konnect, is an experienced people leader seasoned in employee relations with a passion for conflict resolution. Leveraging data and employee insights, Alyssa pulls from her background and education in psychology and human resources to impact the work experience positively.  Alyssa started her career in recruiting, which provided a strong foundation and path for her current leadership roles centered around people management and development. Alyssa has worked for global and national brands, including Forever 21 and VCA Animal Hospitals, overseeing thousands of field employees and training programs, resulting in a stronger and more aligned workforce.  Alyssa attended High Point University for her undergraduate degrees and holds a Master’s in Human Resources from Pepperdine’s Graziadio Business School.
