Jamie Viramontes, Founder & CEO at Konnect brings more than 25 years of experience to Konnect clients. Jamie started his career in recruiting where he built a foundation and a passion for connecting people to their employer environment. As Jamie worked his way up to the c-suite serving as CHRO for several companies including Forever 21 and UCI Health, he helped leaders navigate challenges by removing business barriers and implementing new processes and programs that are still in place today. As an established executive known for creating a culture of engagement and increasing retention rates, Jamie holds expertise in all areas of human resources and across industries including food & beverage, finance, hospitality, healthcare, entertainment, retail and tech. Jamie has worked for both nonprofit and Fortune 500 organizations including at Chipotle where he served as VP of HR and at JPMorgan Chase & Co.   As a small business owner himself, Jamie understands the nuisances associated with growing and scaling business while maintaining focus on people and compliance. Further, Jamie created Konnect’s business model with the capacity to service small or large companies through its ‘Center of Excellence’ approach and five-star service. Konnect’s team consists of dedicated experts selected by Jamie through direct connections or experience working together in previous roles providing Konnect clients with the best service and brightest talent in each sector and industry.  Jamie attended California State Polytechnic University, Pomona for his undergraduate education and holds an Executive MBA from University of California, Irvine where he attended The Paul Merage School of Business.
