Brandy Scanlan, an HR Generalist at Konnect, has a diverse background that spans from the shores of Oahu, Hawaii, to the bustling streets of Los Angeles, and now finds her home in sunny San Diego. Her academic journey led her to UC Santa Barbara, where she pursued a double major in Psychology and Communications, igniting her curiosity for understanding human behavior and effective communication. While uncertain about her career path post-college, Brandy discovered her calling in supporting and empowering others through her work in Human Resources. Eager to forge connections and foster collaboration, Brandy immerses herself in the world of human resources, supporting our HR Partners and our clients with trust, compassion, and dedication.
