Bio
Shannon is a multi-industry compensation veteran, with expertise in incentive compensation, job description development for sustainability, marking pricing/salary data, performance management development as well as merit and market adjustment development and planning, minimum wage and salary threshold compliance analysis, and affirmative action reporting from organization of initial reporting through successful audit.
With 25 years of experience in Compensation, he has successfully planned for and managed organizations through multiple national financial market events such as recessions as well as covid, which have provided him a knowledge base to effortlessly begin organizing and leading leadership and management through these types of events before and when they occur. He has also guided organizations through multiple Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) reporting audits, which have resulted in successful close out letters of no findings from the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) each time.
Shannon holds a master’s of science in human resources administration from Central Michigan University, and is a Senior Certified Affirmative Action Professional (CAAP). He is passionate about increasing employee satisfaction and reducing turnover by working with group leaders on the delivery, communication and transparency of compensation programs and incentives.
